By combining innovative technology with ergonomic design, Lectrix sought to address these pain points by introducing a new range of electric three-wheeled delivery vehicles designed specifically for small business owners.
THE CHALLENGE

The challenge was to get to the heart of what small business owners really need—and then find solutions that would make a meaningful difference in their daily lives.
Here’s what we learned:
High Costs Add Up Quickly: For many small business owners, the expenses involved in owning a delivery vehicle can feel overwhelming. The cost of buying, driving, and maintaining these vehicles quickly stacks up, and any repair can be a huge hit to their budget. Often, a simple part replacement means a whole component has to be changed, costing even more time and money they can’t afford to lose.
Dashboard Woes: Many small-business drivers spend long hours on the road, and they’re the ones who feel the pain of poorly designed dashboards. When things aren’t easy to reach or control, every drive becomes a test of patience, adding to their stress and fatigue.
THE APPROACH
Designing for the Driver, Delivering for Business.
Based on the identified challenges of high costs and poor ergonomics, we adopted a multi-faceted approach to develop the Andaaz electric three-wheeled delivery vehicle.
The name Andaaz has three personality:

1. Cost-Effective Design and Maintenance:
Modular Design: By designing the vehicle with modular components, Lectrix aimed to reduce repair costs. A damaged part can be easily replaced without requiring the replacement of entire assemblies.
Durable Materials: The use of high-quality, durable materials can extend the vehicle's lifespan and reduce the frequency of repairs.
Efficient Electric Powertrain: Electric powertrains are inherently less complex and require fewer maintenance tasks compared to traditional internal combustion engines.
The Temperature Tango: Finding the right heat setting can be a delicate balancing act.
2. Ergonomic Design for Driver Comfort:
User-Centric Approach: By conducting focus groups and user studies, Lectrix gained valuable insights into the needs and preferences of small business owners.
Intuitive Dashboard: The dashboard was designed to be user-friendly and easily accessible, with clear and concise controls.
Comfortable Seating and Ergonomics: The vehicle's seating position and controls were optimized to reduce driver fatigue during long hours.

Lockable Glove Box: Provides secure storage for personal belongings.
Switch Slots: Improves usability and reduces driver distraction.
Radio Slot: Offers entertainment options to make long journeys more enjoyable.
Adding character to your delivery, Lectrix Style.
Drawing inspiration from geological structures, sculptures and various birds like Guinea Turaco, Great Indian Hornbill, and crowned pigeon to embody their salient features into the designs.
